20/20 Foresight Executive Talent Solutions is pleased to share that it has been recognized on Forbes’ 2026 list of America’s Best Executive Recruiting Firms. Developed in collaboration with Statista Inc., a global leader in market data and rankings, the annual list was released on May 5, 2026, and is featured on Forbes.com.
This year, 20/20 Foresight earned the #17 position among the country’s top 175 executive search firms, extending its streak to ten consecutive years on the list. This milestone reflects the firm’s consistency and impact during a time when companies are navigating economic shifts, evolving workforce demands, and heightened competition for senior talent.
To meet this moment, 20/20 Foresight has continued to strengthen and expand its capabilities. Over the past year, the firm has made significant investments in artificial intelligence, integrating AI-driven tools into its search process to enhance candidate identification, accelerate sourcing, and deliver even sharper insights to clients. At the same time, the firm has expanded its team, welcoming Anna Souers, Lisa DeConto, and Scott Vierra—experts in financial services—and Evan Schlesinger, who brings experience across both real estate and financial services.
Together, these investments in technology and talent further enhance 20/20 Foresight’s ability to deliver highly targeted, insight-driven search solutions. Combined with deep expertise in real estate and financial services and a highly consultative approach, the firm is well positioned to help clients secure the leadership needed to navigate an increasingly complex market.
The Forbes distinction adds to a growing list of accolades for 2026, including recognition on Hunt Scanlon’s Top 50 Recruiters list—reinforcing the firm’s position as a trusted partner in executive search.
“We’re proud to be recognized again by Forbes,” said Robert Peck, President of 20/20 Foresight. “Earning a place on this list year after year is a testament to our team’s dedication and the strong partnerships we’ve built with our clients. We remain committed to evolving alongside the market—investing in our people, our platform, and our capabilities to deliver exceptional outcomes.”
