As Regional President at 20/20 Foresight Executive Talent Solutions, Anna is a leader within the firm’s Financial Services and Wealth Management practice, partnering with organizations nationwide to build high-performing leadership teams. Based in Washington, D.C., she brings more than 15 years of executive search experience with deep expertise across RIAs, Multi-Family and Single-Family Offices, Private Banks, Trust Companies, and Asset Managers. Anna is known for her consultative approach and strong track record of successful, long-tenured placements.

Prior to joining 20/20 Foresight, Anna served as Director of Financial Services at International Search Consultants (ISC), where she spent nearly 11 years leading the firm’s Financial Services division. She built and managed a team of 15 recruiters and researchers, executing searches for wealth managers, RIAs, family offices, trust companies, and institutional asset managers nationwide. Earlier in her career, Anna was a Financial Services Recruiter at Boyd Consulting Partners in Philadelphia.

Anna earned her degree from Drexel University.
