Wende is Senior Vice President of Marketing & Operations at 20/20 Foresight, where she leads integrated strategies that drive growth, efficiency, and organizational performance. She brings more than 20 years of experience building and scaling high-performing teams in B2B environments, with deep expertise in commercial real estate and financial services.

Prior to joining 20/20 Foresight, Wende held senior roles at leading global firms including Colliers International and Cushman & Wakefield. Her background spans operations, marketing, business development, communications, and sales enablement. Throughout her career, she has consistently aligned marketing and operational initiatives with broader business objectives to deliver measurable increases in revenue and profitability.

Wende began her career as a litigation attorney at Richards & O’Neil, LLP, where she focused on real estate litigation, securities law, employment matters, and intellectual property.

She earned her B.A. from Cornell University, graduating Phi Beta Kappa with Distinction, and her J.D. from New York University School of Law.
