Veronica Perez brings more than a decade of talent acquisition and executive search experience, specializing in real estate and finance. For the past eight years, she has led executive searches at a boutique commercial real estate firm and an asset management firm.

Her background in psychology and human resources, including early roles as an HR recruiter and preschool counselor in her native Venezuela, gives her a consultative, people-first approach. She invests time in understanding each client’s strategy and culture, and each candidate’s goals, to make placements that last.

Veronica is based in Orlando, Florida. When she’s not recruiting, you’ll find her exploring the parks around Disney.
