Emily Borcuta joined 20/20 Foresight in 2026 as Director, where she leads retained, full-cycle executive search engagements for financial services clients. She partners closely with hiring managers to understand what a search truly requires, then builds the trust and runs the process needed to identify, assess and close the right leader for the role.

A veteran of the U.S. Army and a graduate of American Military University, Emily brings the same discipline and judgment from her military background to every search. She joins the firm after four years as an executive search consultant, with a growing focus on the financial services sector.

She’s based in Atlanta, Georgia, where she spends her free time exploring local parks with her dog, cooking and enjoying time with family.
